Case Management

Salud handles the whole assistance, including case management. We are the link between patients, doctors and service providers, for the correct coordination of the entire service process. Salud's specialists work in the correct request, interpretation and analysis of the Authorizations; assisting in the collection of deductibles and/or copayments; auditing and negotiation of medical and hospital bills; and billing process with the medical service provider.
